🟫 1. Brownie Base
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment on the bottom, lightly grease the sides.

In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate together over low heat. Remove from heat.

Stir in sugars, then eggs, and vanilla.

Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt until just combined.

Ingredients:

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, scraping bowl.

Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and salt until just combined.

Pour gently over the slightly cooled brownie base.

Bake:
