Chocolate Chip Raspberry Banana Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
For the Cake:

2 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

¾ cup chocolate chips
For the Streusel Topping:

½ cup brown sugar
-
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
-
½ teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Make the Cake Batter

In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.

In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
