  • 1–2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess and protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or sliced strawberries

Instructions
