  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients in a Saucepan:
    In a medium saucepan, add ketchup, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Add Spices:
    Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

  3. Simmer:
    Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

  4. Cook:
    Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

  5. Taste and Adjust:
