Sriracha Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Combine Ingredients in a Saucepan:
In a medium saucepan, add ketchup, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. -
Add Spices:
Stir in smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. -
Simmer:
Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. -
Cook:
Reduce heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly. -
Taste and Adjust:
Adjust sweetness, heat, or salt to your preference by adding more sugar, Sriracha, or seasoning. -
Cool and Serve:
Remove from heat and let cool. Serve as a dipping sauce, glaze for grilled meats, or drizzle over roasted vegetables.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
