- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 cups whole milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Toppings:

- Mini marshmallows

Instructions
1. Add Ingredients to Slow Cooker:
In a large slow cooker, combine the heavy cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to mix the ingredients evenly.
2. Cook:
Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to help the chocolate melt evenly.
3. Whisk for Creaminess:
After 2 hours, whisk the hot chocolate to ensure it's smooth and creamy. If the chocolate hasn’t fully melted, let it cook for an additional 15–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
