  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sake (Japanese rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (to balance the sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional, for added richness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp:
