  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. Make the Sauce:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the Chicken Thighs:

    • Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
