Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or your preferred milk alternative)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor)
- Cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Brew the Coffee:
- Brew 1 shot of espresso using an espresso machine or prepare ½ cup of strong coffee using a drip coffee maker or French press. Set aside.

Froth the Milk:
- Heat ½ cup of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once it’s warm (but not boiling), use a milk frother to froth the milk until it’s light and foamy. If you don’t have a frother, you can whisk the milk vigorously until frothy.

- Stir in sugar and vanilla extract (if using) into the hot espresso or coffee, mixing until dissolved.
