  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Potatoes:

    • Wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes. If you're using baby potatoes, you can leave them whole or cut them in half.
  3. Season the Potatoes:

    • Place the potato cubes in a large mixing bowl.
