Ingredients (Serves 2)
For the Whipped Coffee (Dalgona Foam)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee (or espresso powder)
- 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for the mocha flavor)
For the Base (Milk & Ice)
- 2 cups milk (chilled for iced coffee, warm for hot mocha)
- ½ cup ice cubes (for iced mocha, optional)
- Chocolate syrup or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Make the Whipped Mocha Coffee:
- In a bowl, whisk instant coffee, sugar, hot water, and cocoa powder.
- Use a hand whisk, electric frother, or mixer to beat until thick, fluffy, and light brown (about 2-3 minutes).
- It should form soft peaks when lifted.

Prepare the Milk Base:
- For Iced Mocha: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in cold milk.
- For Hot Mocha: Warm the milk on the stove or microwave until hot but not boiling.

Assemble the Dalgona Mocha:
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk.
- Gently mix before drinking for a smooth, chocolatey coffee flavor.

- Sprinkle cocoa powder or drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
