  • 4 large eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the Eggs:

    • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer on high speed until they triple in volume and become pale and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
