Southern Coffee Punch is a delightful and creamy beverage, perfect for gatherings and celebrations. This punch combines the rich flavors of coffee with the sweetness of ice cream, creating a frothy and indulgent treat.


Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cold brew coffee concentrate
  • ⅓ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint heavy cream, whipped and sweetened to taste
  • 1 ounce chocolate bar, for garnish
  • 1 cup Irish Cream liqueur (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 cup of the cold brew concentrate with the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  2. Place scoops of the softened chocolate and vanilla ice cream in a large punch bowl.
  3. Pour the brown sugar coffee mixture and the remaining cold brew concentrate over the ice cream. Add the Irish Cream liqueur if using.
  4. Gently stir until the ice cream melts and the punch is blended.
  5. Top with the lightly sweetened whipped cream.
  6. Grate some chocolate over the top for garnish.
