Frozen Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 cups ice cubes
- 3-4 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Brew the Coffee: Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature. You can also use leftover coffee.
Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. If using, add the ice cream for a richer texture.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high until smooth and frothy. Adjust the consistency by adding more ice cubes for a thicker texture or more milk for a thinner consistency.
Prepare the Glasses: Optionally, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glasses for a decorative touch.
Serve: Pour the blended mocha into glasses. Top with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing frozen mocha!
Tips:
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of regular coffee.
- Adjust the sweetness to your preference by varying the amount of sugar.
- You can experiment with different flavors by adding a splash of flavored syrups such as caramel, hazelnut, or peppermint.
