Ingredients:

  • For the Dalgona Coffee Whip:
    • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • For the Popsicle Base:
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
    • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dalgona Coffee Whip:

    • In a medium bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water.
    • Whip the mixture using a hand mixer until it becomes light and fluffy, forming stiff peaks.
  2. Prepare the Popsicle Base:

    • In a large measuring cup or bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and salt.
    • Heat this mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds to help dissolve the sugar.
    • Stir well to combine and then refrigerate for about an hour to cool.
  3. Combine and Freeze:

    • Once the popsicle base is cool, gently fold in the whipped Dalgona coffee mixture.
    • Pour the combined mixture into popsicle molds.
    • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze overnight.
  4. Unmold and Serve:

    • To release the popsicles from the molds, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds.
