Cappuccino Smoothies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Cocoa powder or additional ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the cooled brewed coffee, milk, frozen banana slices, vanilla Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or flavorings if necessary by adding more honey, cinnamon, or vanilla extract.
Pour the cappuccino smoothie into glasses.
Optionally, top each smoothie with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder or additional ground cinnamon for extra flavor and decoration.
