Cappuccino Punch
Ingredients:
- 4 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature
- 1/2 gallon (8 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled brewed coffee and slightly softened vanilla ice cream.
Use a whisk or large spoon to gently mix the coffee and ice cream together until well combined and creamy.
Stir in the chocolate syrup or cocoa powder and granulated sugar (if using), mixing until fully incorporated.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the coffee and ice cream mixture until evenly distributed.
