 Cappuccino Popsicles Recipe

Cappuccino popsicles are a delightful way to enjoy the flavors of a cappuccino in a refreshing frozen treat. Here’s a simple recipe to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Sweetened condensed milk (optional, for a sweeter and creamier texture)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed coffee, milk, heavy cream or half-and-half, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  2. If you want a sweeter and creamier texture, add a few tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture and stir well.

  3. Optionally, add ground cinnamon to the mixture for an extra flavor boost and mix well.

  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.

  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

  6. Place the molds in the freezer and let the popsicles freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until they are completely frozen.

  7. Once the popsicles are frozen solid, remove them from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This will help loosen the popsicles from the molds.

  8. Serve and enjoy your cappuccino popsicles!

These cappuccino popsicles are perfect for a refreshing treat on a hot day, offering the delicious flavors of a cappuccino in a cool and creamy form. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding chocolate chips, a swirl of chocolate syrup, or even a sprinkle of cocoa powder before freezing.
